New Cooking Classes Added to Schedule ~ March 2015

March 5 – fresh pasta: pappardelle

March 12 – steamed mussels

March 19 – mushroom risotto

March 26 – fresh pasta: ravioli

Classes are non-cumulative. Nothing fancy here. And there are no tests. Just taste tests, which, obviously are the best kind.

$55 per person.

Class is approximately 90 minutes. Space is limited.

Class will begin on time.
