Healthy and Delicious – Resolution Menu

I don’t know about you but I definitely needed some help after eating cookies for breakfast during the Holidays. So we took some time to highlight a menu specifically designed around some super delicious super healthy ingredients to start off your 2015 with a boost of energy!

Available for breakfast and lunch come in a check out our special Resolution Menu, like fresh sautéed kale with 2 poached eggs and avocado or our egg white omelette packed with grilled veggies and served with a fresh mixed green salad. Or for lunch, check out the Lentil and Butternut squash salad with arugula, cumin, mint and goat cheese or our red quinoa salad with veggies and arugula! Most items are vegetarian, All are gluten free.
